- Reception: Our reception is occupied from 8.00 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Rooms & suites
- Rooms: 45 double rooms, junior suites and suites.
- Rooms & suites: Furnishing with nature-friendly materials, bed with box spring mattress, armchair, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cosmetic products from ADA-Kosmetik, face tissues, bath towels & hand towels, towel warmer in bathroom. Flat-screen satellite TV with international channels, radio & CD player with relaxation music, coffee and tea station, minibar and safe. Apart from a few exceptions, all rooms have a balcony or terrace.
- In the suites: Free-standing bathtub with mountain view, rainfall shower, separate WC, Illy espresso machine & Illy coffee capsules, second flat-screen satellite TV in the living area, sofas and dressing room or walk-in wardrobe.
- Senior & master suites: The Senior suites are the highlights in the hotel. They have an additional living room with decorative fireplace with flame and smoke effect and also feature a terrace with a panoramic view of the Acherkogel as well as their own private sauna.

- Terms and Conditions: Reservations are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH2006)

- Cancellation conditions: bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before your date of arrival. 40% of the booking value will be charged up to 1 month before the arrival date, 70% up to 1 week before the arrival date and 90% of the booking value after this. In accordance with AGBH 2006. An agreed remaining payment will be charged in the event of premature departure.
