A holiday full of culinary delights

Top-class cuisine in the Hotel Ritzlerhof

Our cuisine brings together the best from all over the world. Mainly Austrian and Mediterranean cuisine, interpreted in a modern way, but you will also find exciting Nordic, Asian or African dishes on our menu. No rules, the only condition: It has to taste great. Every day.

You can't just learn to cook really well. The best recipes and techniques are passed on by very good chefs to their students and employees in a spirit of trust; each chef is part of a long tradition. With their own talent, an individual signature is then created.

Culinary delights at the highest level

Our cuisine is influenced by restaurants such as the Rote Wand Chefs Table in Lech and the 141 in Mieming, where our employees used to work, but also by restaurants such as the Tantris in Munich or the famous Geranium in Copenhagen, where the chefs of our sons Thomas and Hannes gained their experience.

Simone Semeraro comes from Taranto in Apulia, where he worked at Al gatorosso, a typical Italian trattoria that we all love so much. Mediterranean cuisine doesn't get more authentic than this. Simone makes pasta and seafood for us.

We are proud to have an exceptionally high-quality young team in the kitchen, who deliver new top performances for our guests every day.
