Their path has taken them through renowned establishments, most recently cooking at the highest level - including at the Rote Wand Chef's Table in Lech. And yet: we are not planning a Michelin-starred restaurant. Our aim is to make the creativity and enthusiasm of this young team tangible in the tried and tested Ritzlerhof pampering board - with honest cuisine, refined craftsmanship and a lot of joy in hospitality
